Professional DC MCB Supplier from China

DC MCB, short for DC circuit breaker, involves a complex production process comprising five major stages: assembly, calibration, riveting, re-calibration, and packaging. Multiple calibrations are performed to ensure the transient and time-delay characteristics of the DC MCB, thereby guaranteeing product quality. Key internal components utilize conductive materials such as silver, copper-plated steel, and copper, complying with national standards to ensure quality and quantity. The coil is thicker with heavier-gauge copper wire, ensuring higher conductivity, greater ductility, corrosion resistance, slower heating, and reduced friction, resulting in a longer service life.

The use of dual-gold composite materials reduces costs while maintaining performance and conserving resources. The DC MCB housing consists of two plastic plates joined by riveting. Riveting is performed after parts are fixed and debugging is completed, securing the two plastic plates to prevent displacement of components and the housing, while also protecting the parts from damage. This step further ensures the plastic housing is correctly riveted without misalignment, guaranteeing proper operation of the internal components.
