This is precisely what the L19S Series embodies—aesthetics, functionality, and reliability.

With a diameter of 19 millimeters, the L19S Series Square Bezel Anti-Vandal Switch offers multiple functions along with an engineered design featuring a square bezel surface. The L19S Series is also available in a 22-millimeter version, known as the L22S Series.

The L19S Series operates with an electrical rating of 5A/250VAC. Its lifespan includes one million cycles when not energized (commonly referred to as mechanical life), compared to fifty thousand cycles when energized (also known as electrical life).

Featuring contact material made of silver alloy, the L19S Series offers resistance to current flow. This series has a maximum contact resistance of 50 milliohms and a minimum insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms.

It is equipped with a flat actuator and a customizable head offering various illumination style options. Typically, switch visibility is enhanced through dot illumination, ring illumination, or backlit symbol illumination. For greater emphasis, you can choose to combine the backlit power symbol with ring illumination. The power symbol measures 8.0 mm by 8.1 mm, while the ring illumination surrounds the actuator with a width of 2.2 millimeters.The L19S Series is available with two terminal options: solder lug terminals and wire leads approximately 300 millimeters in length.

It functions in either momentary or latching modes, both available in 1NO1NC or 2NO2NC configurations.

Constructed from stainless steel, the L19S Series ensures protection against dust and water ingress that could potentially damage the switch. This is achieved through an ingress protection rating of IP65.

We understand that you may need to customize the switch to align with your personal style or company branding. Therefore, the L19S Series offers various LED color options. Once you have selected the illumination style, you can proceed to choose the color. Common color choices include white, red, orange, blue, and green. Moreover, your options are not limited to single colors; the L19S Series can also be configured with bi-color or tri-color LEDs. Popular combinations include red and green, red and blue, red and yellow, orange and blue, and red, green, and blue.

All these options are available at their respective base voltages. Red, orange, and yellow LEDs have a base voltage of 1.8 volts at 20mA, while blue, green, and white LEDs have a base voltage of 2.8 volts at 20mA. We also recognize that these standard voltages may not meet all requirements, which is why you have the option to increase the voltage from the base level up to 220 volts.
