L22T Series Momentary 2NO2NC Anti-Vandal Switch

One of Langir’s unique series of anti-vandal switches is the L22T Series Momentary 2NO2NC Anti-Vandal Switch.

It has a maximum switch rating of 3A/250VAC, and a bushing diameter of 22 millimeters, with a panel cutout suitable for panel thicknesses ranging from approximately 1 to 10 millimeters.

The L22T Series actuator offers two options: flat head or raised head. The flat head features a button size of approximately 2 millimeters, while the raised head measures about 3.90 millimeters.

Similar to other series, illumination options are available. You may choose dot illumination or ring illumination, as well as a power backlit symbol or a combination of ring illumination and power symbol.

The power backlit symbol alone measures approximately 8.0 by 8.10 millimeters—nearly half the actuator size. When combined with ring illumination, it measures about 6 by 6.4 millimeters. Dot illumination has a diameter of approximately 9 millimeters.

For specific color requirements, you may select from Langir’s standard LED colors, including white, yellow, red, green, and blue, or a combination of blue, green, and red.

All LEDs are available with base voltages of 1.8 volts @20mA for red and yellow, and 2.8 volts @20mA for blue, green, and white. Voltage can also be increased from 3.3 volts up to a maximum of 220 volts.

The L22T Series features a button and body constructed from stainless steel or anodized aluminum, with a PBT base. Customization of button and body color is possible when made from anodized aluminum, subject to availability. For detailed recommendations, it is advisable to contact Langir directly.

Despite its high protection rating, it is recommended to install this series in environments with temperatures between -20°C and 55°C.

Regarding the technical specifications of the L22T Series, the following information may be useful. 

For insights into the L22T Series’ response to current flow and contact behavior, note its contact and insulation resistance. It has a minimum contact resistance of fifty milliohms and a maximum insulation resistance of one thousand megohms. Additionally, the dielectric strength of its insulating material is 2000VAC.

Without full current load, the L22T Series can endure up to 2 million cycles. Under current load, this is reduced to up to 100,000 cycles.
